Registration Form Required
After purchasing your reunion ticket(s), a separate Reunion Registration Form must be completed for every attendee, including adults and children.
Adults (18 years and older) should complete their own registration form.
Parents or legal guardians must complete a registration form for each child under the age of 18.
The registration form allows us to prepare:
Individual Welcome Packet
Complimentary Reunion T-Shirt
Charter Bus Seating (if applicable)
Emergency Contact Information
Special Accommodations (if needed)
Please Note: Your reunion registration is not considered complete until both your ticket purchase and the required registration form have been submitted for each attendee.
Friday Charter Bus Experience
The reunion begins on Friday afternoon with our Welcome & Meet and Greet.
Guests who choose to participate will board our charter bus for a beautiful trip to the Yucaipa Mountains, where we'll enjoy an evening filled with worship, fellowship, food, breathtaking scenery, and unforgettable moments together before returning later that evening.
Participation in the charter bus experience will be confirmed during your registration.
